Instructions
Start in child's pose with arms extended and hips resting near your heels.
Rock your body forward into a plank position.
Push your hips up and back to form a downward dog, straightening your legs and pressing your heels toward the floor.
Hold briefly, then rock back into child's pose.
Continue flowing between positions in a slow, controlled rhythm.
