Instructions
Lie face down on a flat or slightly inclined bench holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms hanging below.
Keep a slight bend in the elbows and raise both arms laterally to the sides in a wide arc.
Lift until arms are approximately parallel to the floor, squeezing the rear deltoids.
Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the hanging position.
Repeat for the target number of reps.
