Instructions
Stand or sit upright and bend one elbow to 90 degrees with your upper arm at your side.
Use the opposite hand to gently push your forearm outward, externally rotating the shoulder.
Keep your elbow close to your side throughout the movement.
Hold 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
