Instructions
Lie on your side with your body in a straight line, supporting your head with your lower arm.
Keep the lower leg straight and the top leg extended.
Raise the top leg diagonally backward and upward, squeezing the glute at the top.
Lower the leg slowly back to the starting position.
Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
