Instructions
Lie on your back with legs straight and hands placed under your lower back for support.
Keeping both legs straight, raise one leg to about 90 degrees while keeping the other just above the floor.
Lower the raised leg and simultaneously lift the opposite leg in a scissoring motion.
Continue alternating in a controlled, steady rhythm for the prescribed reps.
