Instructions
Set a cable pulley to a high position and place an incline bench in front of it for chest support.
Lie chest-down on the bench and grasp the cable handles with arms extended toward the pulley.
Row the handles toward your upper chest by driving your elbows back and down.
Squeeze your upper back at the end of the pull, then extend your arms back with control.
Repeat for the desired number of reps, keeping your chest pressed against the bench.
