Instructions
Hold a kettlebell in one hand at your side and stand upright.
Step the opposite (contralateral) leg back into a reverse lunge, lowering the rear knee toward the floor.
Keep your front knee stacked over your ankle and torso upright.
Drive through your front heel to return to standing.
Complete all reps on one side before switching the kettlebell and stepping back with the other leg.
