Instructions
Set an incline bench to 45–60 degrees and sit back holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down.
Curl one dumbbell up toward your shoulder, rotating your palm upward at the top.
Lower it slowly back to the start, then repeat on the other side.
Alternate arms each rep, keeping your upper arms still against the bench.
Complete all reps without swinging or using momentum.
