Instructions
Sit at a plate-loaded row machine, plant your feet on the footrests, and grasp the single-arm neutral-grip handle with one hand.
Sit tall with a slight lean forward and a flat back.
Pull the handle toward your hip by driving your elbow back and squeezing your shoulder blade.
Extend your arm fully to stretch the lat before the next rep, then complete your set and switch arms.
