Instructions
Lie face down on the floor with legs extended and forearms supporting your upper body.
Bend one knee out to the side in a frog-leg position, then kick that leg back and up.
Lower the leg and repeat the movement on the opposite side, alternating in a rhythmic pattern.
Squeeze the glute at the top of each kick.
Keep your hips level and core engaged throughout.
