Instructions
Sit on the floor with legs extended and hands behind your hips, fingers pointing toward your feet.
Press through your hands and heels to lift your hips into a reverse plank, body forming a straight line.
Keeping hips elevated, raise one leg and drive the knee toward your chest.
Lower that foot and repeat on the other side, alternating in a marching rhythm.
Maintain a rigid core and level hips throughout.
