Instructions
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.
Flatten your lower back against the floor by contracting your abdominals (pelvic tilt).
From that position, drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
Squeeze the glutes at the top, then lower your hips back to the floor and repeat.
