Instructions
Get into a forearm plank with elbows directly under your shoulders and core braced.
Keeping your hips level, lift one leg off the floor as high as you can without rotating your pelvis.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down.
Alternate legs each rep, maintaining a stable torso throughout.
