Instructions
Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees and lie face down on it, holding an EZ bar with an overhand grip at arm's length below you.
Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, raise the bar forward and upward until your arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your anterior delts.
Lower the bar slowly back to the starting position.
Avoid swinging or using momentum to lift the weight.
