Lying Abduction Leg Raise on Floor

Instructions
Lie on your side on the floor with your body in a straight line and head resting on your lower arm.
Stack your hips and keep your top leg straight.
Raise your top leg upward, leading with your heel, until you feel tension in your outer hip.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower with control.
Complete all reps on one side before rolling over to the other.
