Instructions
Stand with feet together and hands on hips or arms at your sides.
Step one foot diagonally forward and outward at roughly a 45-degree angle.
Lower into a lunge by bending both knees until the front thigh is near parallel to the floor.
Drive through the front heel to return to the starting position.
Alternate diagonal lunges on each side for the desired reps.
