Instructions
Support yourself on parallel dip bars or a dip station with arms fully extended and shoulders packed.
Without bending the elbows, let your shoulders rise toward your ears by depressing the scapulae.
Push back down by actively depressing the shoulder blades until your body rises slightly.
Keep the movement isolated to the shoulder girdle; repeat for reps.
