Instructions
Set a barbell on a rack at upper-chest height and step under it, positioning it across your upper traps.
Take a wider-than-shoulder-width stance with toes turned out 30-45 degrees.
Unrack the bar, brace your core, and sit back and down until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
Drive through your heels to return to standing, keeping your chest tall and knees tracking over your toes.
Repeat for the desired reps.
