Foam Ball Posterior Deltoid Roll

Instructions
Place a small foam ball or lacrosse ball against the posterior deltoid (back of the shoulder) and a wall.
Lean into the ball, applying moderate pressure to the target area.
Slowly roll the ball in small circles or up and down along the rear shoulder muscle.
Pause on any tender spots for 20-30 seconds until the tissue releases.
Repeat on the opposite shoulder.
