Instructions
Stand facing a stable support such as a rack or doorframe; hold it lightly with both hands.
Step feet slightly wider than shoulder-width with toes turned out.
Lower into a deep squat, using the support to help maintain balance and an upright torso.
Hold the bottom position, letting your hips and groin relax and open, breathing steadily.
Hold for the prescribed time, then use the support to help you stand.
