Instructions
Set a 45-degree hyperextension bench and position your hips at the pad edge, holding the handles, with one leg hanging free.
Keep the non-working leg slightly bent or tucked and hinge forward at the hips to lower your torso.
Drive the working leg up behind you by squeezing your glute until your body forms a straight line.
Lower back to the start and complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
