Instructions
Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended out to your sides.
Lift one knee and rotate your hip in a frontal plane arc while simultaneously drawing both arms inward.
Control the movement, coordinating the hip rotation with the shoulder adduction.
Return to the start position and repeat on the other side.
Alternate sides for the target reps.
