Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with palms facing in.
Keeping a slight bend in the elbow, raise one arm forward to shoulder height.
Lower it back down, then raise the other arm in the same manner.
Alternate sides in a controlled, deliberate tempo for the prescribed reps per arm.
