Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
Sit into a squat, keeping chest up and knees tracking over toes.
Press through your heels to stand, then shift weight onto one leg.
Kick the opposite leg forward in a controlled front raise, keeping it straight.
Lower the leg and alternate the kick with each squat rep.
