Instructions
Stand on one foot next to a rack or wall for light support, with the other leg extended forward.
Lightly touch the support with one hand for balance, keeping most of the work on the standing leg.
Lower your hips by bending the standing knee until your thigh approaches parallel.
Drive through your heel to stand back up and repeat, then switch legs.
