Instructions
Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend, arms out for balance.
Draw the free leg through a horizontal arc across the front of the body, then transition to a sagittal arc swinging forward and back.
Keep your hips level and your standing leg stable throughout.
Control the range of motion without letting your torso twist excessively.
Complete the target reps on one side, then switch.
