Instructions
Sit or lie on your back with your hip and knee bent to about 90 degrees.
Keeping your pelvis stable, rotate your thigh inward so your foot moves away from the midline and knee turns in.
Hold the internally rotated position briefly.
Return to neutral and repeat for the prescribed reps or duration on each side.
