Instructions
Lie with your upper back resting on a stability ball, feet flat on the floor and knees bent at 90 degrees.
Extend your arms out to the sides for balance or cross them over your chest.
Rotate your torso to one side, allowing your knees to follow, until you feel a stretch in the obliques.
Return to center and rotate to the opposite side to complete one rep.
Repeat for the desired reps, controlling the movement throughout.
