Instructions
Lie on your side with your bottom knee bent to 90 degrees and top leg straight.
Prop yourself up on your bottom elbow directly under your shoulder.
Lift your hips off the floor into a modified side plank.
Lower the top leg toward the floor to adduct, then raise it back up.
Complete the desired reps, then switch sides.
