Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs with palms facing down.
Keeping arms nearly straight, raise both dumbbells forward and upward in a continuous arc past shoulder height and all the way overhead.
Pause briefly with arms extended overhead, then lower the dumbbells back down along the same arc under control.
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
