Instructions
Lie on your side with legs stacked, hips slightly forward, and bottom arm extended for support.
Keeping the top leg straight, raise it slightly and reach the heel forward and back in a controlled arc.
Engage the glute and outer hip throughout the movement.
Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
Avoid rotating the pelvis; keep hips stacked.
