Instructions
Lie on your back with one leg bent and foot flat on the floor, the other leg extended straight.
Brace your core and press your lower back gently toward the floor.
Raise the straight leg to the height of the bent knee, keeping it fully extended.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down under control.
Complete all reps on one side, then switch legs.
