Instructions
Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees and lie chest-down with one dumbbell in the working hand, arm hanging straight down.
With a slight bend in the elbow and thumb pointing up, raise the arm diagonally forward at roughly 45 degrees to form one arm of a Y.
Lift until the arm is in line with the body, squeezing the rear delt and upper trap.
Lower slowly and repeat for reps before switching arms.
