Instructions
Stand upright holding a heavy implement (log, axle, or plate) against your chest/front of the body at about sternum height.
Brace your core and keep your chest up, then extend your arms to hold the implement straight out in front at shoulder height.
Hold this position for the prescribed time, keeping your back straight and shoulders packed.
Lower the implement under control when the hold is complete.
