Instructions
Stand with feet together (narrow stance), toes pointing forward.
Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, keeping your chest tall.
Rise back to standing, then step your feet out to shoulder-width (normal stance).
Squat again at the normal stance, then return to the narrow stance for the next rep.
Alternate between narrow and normal stance each rep.
