Instructions
Set an incline bench to approximately 60 degrees and sit back with a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down.
With palms facing forward, curl both dumbbells up toward your shoulders simultaneously.
Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower back to the fully extended position.
Keep your elbows stationary and your upper arms perpendicular to the floor.
Avoid swinging — the incline position provides a deep stretch at the bottom.
