Instructions
Stand facing a wall and place your hands on the floor about 12 inches away, shoulder-width apart.
Kick your legs up one at a time to bring your heels to the wall, achieving a vertical handstand position.
Engage your core, squeeze your glutes, and press actively through your shoulders to stay balanced.
Hold the position for the prescribed duration, then carefully lower one leg at a time back to the floor.
