Instructions
Stand tall and reach one arm behind your back, bending the elbow so your hand reaches toward the opposite shoulder blade.
Use the opposite hand (or a towel) to gently pull that arm further up your back.
Keep your shoulder relaxed and avoid twisting your torso.
Hold 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
