Instructions
Lie on your back with one foot flat on the floor, knee bent, and the opposite leg extended or crossed over the knee.
Drive through the planted foot to lift the hips until the body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee.
At the top, externally rotate the working hip by letting the knee flare slightly outward.
Lower the hips under control back to the floor and repeat for the target reps, then switch legs.
