Instructions
Begin in a forearm plank with elbows under shoulders and body in a straight line.
Keeping your leg straight and core braced, lift one leg off the floor to hip height.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower it back down with control.
Alternate legs for the desired reps, avoiding hip rotation or sagging.
