Front Plank to Downward Dog

Instructions

  1. Start in a forearm plank with your body in a straight line, elbows under shoulders.
  2. Press up onto your hands into a high plank position.
  3. Push your hips up and back to form an inverted V, driving heels toward the floor (Downward Dog).
  4. Reverse the movement: lower hips back to plank, then return to forearm plank.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, moving with control.
