Instructions
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
Shift your weight onto one leg and hinge forward at the hip, extending the opposite leg back.
Simultaneously reach both arms backward alongside your body, creating a long line from hands to heel.
Hold briefly at the end range, then return to standing with control.
Alternate sides for the desired number of reps.
