Instructions
Kneel on all fours with your wrists under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Lift one knee out to the side and draw a large backward circle with it.
Keep your core stable and avoid rotating your torso as your leg moves.
Complete all reps in the backward direction before switching legs.
Perform equal reps on each side.
