Instructions
Attach a resistance band around one ankle and anchor the other end to a low point in front of you.
Kneel on all fours with hands directly under shoulders and knees under hips.
Keeping your knee bent at 90 degrees, kick the banded leg back and up, squeezing the glute at the top.
Return to the starting position with control.
Repeat for the prescribed reps and switch legs.
