Instructions
Lie on your back with one foot flat on the floor close to your hips; extend the far leg straight out.
Press through the grounded heel and drive your hips upward until your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee.
Squeeze the glutes hard at the top of the movement.
Lower your hips back toward the floor in a controlled manner without fully resting.
Complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
