Instructions
Sit upright in a chair or on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
Place hands on the outside of one knee for light resistance.
Rotate the thigh outward (externally), pushing the knee away from center against hand resistance.
Hold briefly at the end range, then return slowly to neutral.
Repeat for the prescribed reps or time, then switch sides.
